This service is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health support. Nothing in any report should be interpreted as a clinical assessment or professional recommendation. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis support service in your country.
The three values assessments (Core, Relationship, Career) are free to complete. Your results are processed entirely in your browser and are not stored on our servers. You may take them as many times as you like.
The full AI-generated report for each assessment is available for a one-time payment of $19 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Reports are delivered digitally via your browser immediately after payment is confirmed. By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital report fulfils the order.
If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us at hello@myvalues.io within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Paid reports are generated by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude) based on your assessment responses. The content is personalised to your inputs but is not authored by a human professional. It reflects patterns in your responses and should be treated as a prompt for reflection, not as definitive analysis or expert advice.
AI-generated content may occasionally be imprecise or not fully applicable to your situation. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any report for any specific purpose.
The assessments, report structure, written content, visual design, and underlying methodology are the intellectual property of Iron on Iron LLC You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the service or its outputs without written permission.
Your assessment responses and the report generated from them belong to you. You may share your report for personal use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Values and Moses Kempthorne are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
