Know
what you
actually
want.

Six research-based assessments that surface what drives your decisions, where you are living against what you actually want, and what keeps producing the same results. Without that map, the same choices keep making sense right up until they don't.

Most people spend years building a career, a relationship, a life, without ever knowing what they actually wanted from it. No one taught them to look.

Six assessments — all free

How My Values Works
The gap you
can feel but
can't name

Most self-knowledge tools tell you who you are. My Values shows you where you are, and where you are not, living by what you actually hold to be important. That gap is where most of the friction in life lives.

The assessments are built on the research frameworks psychologists actually use: Schwartz's Theory of Basic Human Values, Deci and Ryan's Self-Determination Theory, Bowlby's attachment model, Beck's cognitive model. These are not self-help heuristics or personality archetypes. These are the tools clinicians and researchers use to understand how values form and operate.

It gives you a precise picture of what you already hold to be important. Clear enough to act on.

1
Surface what you actually value

The assessment forces real prioritization, not self-report. You compare values against each other until a true ranking emerges, not the one you assumed you had.

2
See where the gap is

Your values ranked against how you are actually living them. The gap between what you prioritize and what your life reflects is named precisely, not vaguely implied.

3
Decide from that clarity

The next career decision. The relationship question. The thing you keep circling. Clearer when you know what you are actually weighing.
