My Values (myvalues.io) is operated by Iron on Iron LLC This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights in relation to it.

What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

• Email address — collected when you purchase a report. Used to deliver your report and process your payment.
• Assessment responses — the values you select, your integrity ratings, and your ranking choices. Used to generate your personalised report. Not linked to your identity unless you purchase a report.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage data — Vercel (our hosting provider) logs standard server request data including IP addresses and browser type. We do not add analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your paid report
• To process and verify your payment
• To respond to support requests
• To maintain and improve the service

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not build profiles for resale.

Third parties we share data with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this product. Each receives only the data necessary for their function.

• Anthropic (Claude API) — your assessment results (ranked values, scores) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your report. This data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use API input data to train their models.
• Stripe — processes your payment. Receives your email address and payment details. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosts the application. Processes server requests and logs. Governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.

No other third parties receive your data.

Cookies and tracking

myvalues.io does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. Stripe and Vercel may set functional cookies necessary for payment processing and serving the application. We do not use these for any purpose beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service.

Data retention

Assessment data entered during the free assessment flow is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers. It is cleared from local storage once your report is delivered.

Email addresses collected at checkout are retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service and comply with legal obligations. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@myvalues.io. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are located in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Children

This service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
